参加条件について
- ルーキー枠（男子と女子）は2003年1月1日から2005年12月31日生まれの選手。
- グロム枠（男子と女子）は2006年1月1日生まれ以降の選手。
- 2020年3月25日時点でのワールドルーキーランキングから20名の選手（男子上位20、女子上位20）。これに加えグロムランキングから上位10名の選手。
- 国協会枠：WSF加盟国協会（国内はJSBA）はルーキー男子２名、ルーキー女子１名、グロム男子１名、グロム女子１名を推薦できる。
- 開催されたルーキー国際大会のルーキー男女、グロム男女上位３位の選手たちは国協会を通じてワールドルーキー最終戦カプルン大会に参加権を有する。
- ワイルドカード：ワールドルーキーフェス大会運営実行委員会は提携大会、チーム、スポンサー、あるいは選手の推薦によって最大８名までのワイルドカード枠を行使できる。
- 国協会事務局あるいは代表コーチにより大会申し込みが可能。

2021 QUALIFING CRITERIA TO THE WORLD ROOKIE FINALS（原文）
- Rookies (men and women) born from the 1st of January 2003 to the 31st of December 2005.
- Groms (men and women) born from the the 1st of January 2006 and younger.
- Qualification by Rank: the top 20 riders of the World Rookie Rank (top 20 man, top 20 women) + the top 10 riders from the Grom rank at march the 25th 2020.You can check the ranking here.
- National Quota: every WSF member National Snowboard Association is entitled to nominate 2 Rookies Men, 1 Rookie Women, 1 Grom Men, 1 Grom Women. It´s up to the national association to define how they give out the spots.
- The top 3 riders, both men and women / Rookie and Grom, from the previous international stops are already qualified to the World Rookie Finals.
- Wild Cards: the organization can assign up to 8 wild cards for the final to partner events, team, sponsor or single athletes.
- National secretary or national coaches are allowed to send their team registrations.
